All returns, whether for repair or for credit, must have a return authorization (RA) number. Please contact our office to get this RA number. We will need the invoice or order number from our packing slip or invoice when you call for the RA number. All returns for credit will be inspected and evaluated for resale potential. Please note that some products are nonreturnable (please check with our office on these items, such as Clarino, Cordovan or Oil Tan). If the product is unacceptable, it will be returned to the sender. All returns for credit are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Tex Shoemaker & Son, Inc. warranty is effective for one year. We will replace or repair any merchandise within one year from the date of purchase, when we evaluate the product, under normal usage, has proven defective. Any repairs or adjustments made by anyone other than Tex Shoemaker & Son, Inc. will void the warranty.
